Nahhhh. I had a job that lasted more than half a year at 13. And that man couldnt handle a single job for a day.

Calling that man a child is an insult to children.

Well who knows what kind of experience he has really. And what I write now is taken as if he was a real person…
Imagine him having been in schooling until he is in his early to mid 20’s, then military service for two years. He is most likely a highly repressed and confused individual, that has never been in the real workforce.
Hyper competitive yet utterly average in all regards. And now he finally has a chance to stand out, but he fails and he has none of the social skills needed to carry him through the struggles.

If he had been more socially aware, then he could have accepted the help offered, but if he was able to do that, then he could also have approached his “team” in a more flexible way which would have resulted (hopefully) in more cooperation.

I am 31 almost 32 years old, and I meet people that has never really held a job, as they have bounced from one education to another. Imagine that type of person suddenly having to compete with people of differing ages, that has families, friends and loads of experience in the workforce. These “forever students” break, because they suddenly is thrusted into the real world.
