This is too much reaching to explain..
I mean through this combat they both disarmed each others many times, they both hit their joint points many time without it being a problem of numb articulations or stuff..
In your image the Kim Shin’ knife should atleast give a small cut to Lichen fingers which isnt the case at that moment, it happens later.
Even more, we have image of Lichen actually hiting Kim Shin fingers.. If anything it should be Kim Shin having numb fingers.

About lichen index finger, kim shin actually manage to deal a little damage to lichen in this panel. Thats why lichen cant pull the trigger.
