Absolutely not.. Iskra is not divided at all. Lisa wanted to kill team Hotblood to begin with, it started with Medvediv. Team Free Spirit are not on Kim Shin side. What matter for Akila is Iskra survival since he has deep bond with it as being of major member of its restoration. His discussion with Lisa after the death of Medvediv made it clear that even if he didnt agree with Lisa actions he understood specialy considering the weak position Iskra is at the moment.
