I love a good romance plot but only if any MC reciprocates or wants it.
When it’s not a driving plot, it’s just so wasteful.

I was expecting them to get through the walk through today, so we ould have started the new project. I wasn’t expecting all this sideways storytelling that didn’t move the plot forward… kind of a bummer🥲. Hopefully, it gets the ball rolling from next chapter onwards. I really wanna see how his confrontational round with the goober that wants to rely on daddy’s business goes. I see a complete ko in his future!

I think she’s adorable. The quirks that would be annoying, like, just fuming over a misunderstanding for days cuz she doesn’t know how to simply ask what she’s thinking, she doesn’t have. She was feeling jealous, which is the normal repsonse here, but decided to pucker it anyway and just ask what she didn’t even want to bring up. That’s a great way to respond. She continues to give good, thoughtful feedback and she doesn’t come off overbearing, plus she’s a great judge of character. I think because the author doesn’t want the mc in a relationship right now but still wants him to come off as desirable, they’re coming up with these really cliché plots that are annoying all on their own, any female character attached to them is going to come off as annoying and unlike able.
